Carltons dedicated and experienced property team comprises qualified Property Managers, Property Administrators, Accounts Department and Maintenance. We offer our clients the option of a Full Property Management service, which includes letting of the property, or a Let Only service.

Pat Falvey

Managing Director

After many years spent working in some of Cork’s top residential estate agencies, Pat set up Carlton in 2009 and since then has grown the business to one of Cork’s leading Property Management & Letting companies. Pat’s career has spanned Property Management, Residential Sales, New Homes, Land & Commercial. Pat strives to provide all of Carlton’s clients with a top quality, efficient and approachable service.

Mary Harkin

Director – Finance

Mary joined in 2013 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of property management and accounting.

Mary has responsibility for the day to day management of a large portfolio of managed properties liaising between Carlton and clients as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.

Barry O’Neill

Director – Property Management

Barry joined Carlton in March 2019 and is responsible for the property management side of the business. Barry looks after all our managed properties from the start of a tenancy right through to vacation.

With his keen interest in property Barry has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of auctioneering but has spent specific focus in property management where he has been working for the last 20 years. He has huge experience in the letting and management market in Cork and can help both landlords and tenants through the letting process step by step.

Lydia Falvey

Director

Lydia joined Carlton in 2015 and brings over 20 years property experience, spanning commercial sales & lettings, property management and block management.

She holds a BComm Degree from UCC and a Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management, Reading, UK.

Pamela McCarthy

Accounts

Pam joined Carlton in 2015 and has over 25 years accounting experience. She is responsible for rent-roll management and monitoring.

As part of her role she carries out Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting along with detailed analysis of rental expectations annually. Pam has responsibility for overall business accounting.

Cian O’ Leary

Property Administrator

Cian has a keen interest in Property Management and Lettings, having studied Auctioneering & Property Services in Cork. He enjoys providing an honest, professional service to every client and is passionate about learning and growing within the property industry in Cork.
